Specialized furnace coolant applications in electrical steel industry and other non-conductive applications. Engineered with specially developed carbon free tube and cover, whereby meeting service requirements of low leakage current.

Applications

Cooling water hoses for power plants, steel mills, aluminum plants, or for threading cables.

Structure

Inner Tube: Modified synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: Single braid high tenacity synthetic yarn for (3/8” to 1” sizes). Double braid high tenacity synthetic yarn for 1-1/4 & above sizes.
Cover: Oil-resistant, weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature Range: -40 °C to +95 °C
