Suction and Discharge Composite Hose for Frequent Bent Mobile Use

Suction and discharge composite hose is soft and lightweight, and it is suitable for frequent bent mobile use. It has excellent antistatic performance. The hose is suitable for all fuel oil products, such as gasoline, diesel, crude oil, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), lubricating oil, ethanol gasoline and biodiesel. It is also suitable for the delivery of chemical fluids which are corrosive and aggressive.

Applications

• It is suitable for suction and discharge transfer of petroleum products in road and rail tanker.
• It is the best choice for handling distillates which are lightweight, including gasoline, aromatics, MTBE and MEK, and etc.
• It is suitable for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
• It is suitable for cooking oil and vegetable oil.

Structure

It is made from polypropylene fabrics and films with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover. The inner wire is 316 stainless steel and is lined with layers of PTFE film. The outer wire is galvanized mild steel.

• Inner Wire: Galvanized steel, SS304 or SS316L.
• Outer Wire: High tensile galvanized steel, SS304 or SS316L.
• Cover: Polypropylene fabrics and films with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover.
• Liner: Combination of multiple piles of polypropylene films and polyester vapor barriers.
• Color: Blue, red, yellow, black, white, green.
• Temperature Range: -40 °C to +110 °C
