Steam Hose Steel Braided for Saturated & Superheated Steam

High pressure wire reinforced steam hose is designed for service with superheated steam in heat control, fire prevention etc. in many industries at max pressure 18 atm (270psi).

Applications

Saturated and superheated steam.

Structure

Inner Tube: Black conductive EPDM.
Reinforcement: One or two high tensile steel wire braids.
Cover: Red special rubber compound – heat, abrasion, ozone and hydrocarbon resistant. The hose is pin pricked to prevent separation.
Temperature Range: -40 °C to +210 °C, intermittent to 232 °C.
